I'm setting up a small tank pretty far away from my controller (I'm moving my QT tank), and right now its just on timers and power strips.
I wanted to add it to the Apex when I moved it, so I needed a 50' male to male USB cable.
I ordered one from usbfirewire.com after reading a bit on RC.
It shipped same day, took me all of two days to get it.
But most importantly...I botched and ordered a 50" cable, rather than 50 feet. Most places I know would have happily shipped me out a 50" one, and I would have had to eat that money and order another. These guys however, saw that I had noted it was for an Apex...and rather than take the easy money, they contacted me to make sure I was getting what I want.
These days, good customer service is rare, so props to these guys for still doing it the right way.
