If we can be of any additional assistance, please feel free to contact our Technical Support Department at 1-800-334-3699 or via email at TechSupport@drsfostersmith.com and we will be happy to answer any question(s) you may have.

Hi Stacie,

Any word on those Longspine Cardinal Fish? Also, I see the tailspot is no longer in stock, and the bartlett's (small) havent shown up yet. Any idea on their chances?

Thanks!

(tried to send you a PM but your box was full)

Thanks for all the support! I placed my order for 10 longspine cardinals just a couple of hours ago, and will be taking off of work Friday to meet them.

Just a quick update:

All 10 arrived a live about 1hr ago. Bags were a fine temp.

I drip acclimated them in a 5gallon bucket, and just now put them into the tank (lights still out). They are in a tight group and I can see them shimmering.

King-Kong,

Thank you for the update on your order. We’re very pleased to hear that your “school” arrived in good shape and are enjoying their new home. The Longspine Cardinals do give off a beautiful shimmer and look amazing in a school. Congratulations!

DFS/LA -- I tried to PM you this, but your box was full:

I don't know what has happened, but right now 5 (!) of the cardinals are dead. I wokeup this morning to one laying on its side, and right now, 3 are fully dead, with two more isolated in my sump who are surely on their way (inability to swim properly)

I have never experienced this before. My other fish (anthias, tang, fairy wrasses, etc.) are all ok, as are my corals, but there seems to be some kind of die off occuring with these new guys.

They did not eat when offered mysis and cyclop-eeze.

Please advise :(

King-Kong,

Thank you for your update on your order and we apologize that out inbox was full. We have cleared it and we are again able to receive new messages. We have sent you a PM regarding your Cardinalfish.

Stacie,

I just called. Thank you.

I cannot stop praising the professionalism and courtesy of this company. The world would be a better place if all fish stores worked 1/2 as much as DFS/LA does at pleasing their customers.

King-Kong,

Thank you for your post praising our company and our customer service. We are very proud of all our employees and the customer service they extend on a day to day basis to each and every customer. If we can be of any additional assistance please contact us at any time.
