Looking 4 Clownfish Pics for Reef Tattoo

Hi All,

I wasn't sure where to post this request, so I thought I'd start here.

I've been working on a Shoulder Sleeve since November of last year. I'm almost through... I have hopefully one more sitting (5 hours) and this sleeve will be complete.

As you can see in the photo to the far right is the empty space where the final work will be performed. I'm planning to put two percula clowns in an anemone in that space. Yep, that's right, under the arm pit (ouch)...

I'm looking for spectacular images of perculas hosting in anemones. They need to be hi-res if possible.

If anyone can help me out I'd surely appreciate it. Of course once complete I'll post pics when through. I'm scheduling my next appt for this coming Tuesday July 7th.

Wow. Neat tat. That's a lot of work. You have a good artist. Does he dive or reef? The images are sufficiently accurate that it seems unlikely that someone who doesn't could do those, even being talented. The "lighting" around the hammerhead really simulates the sun coming throught the water surface. Love the octopus.

Sorry, no percula image.

Thanks!

I think the artist does dive however as far as free handing, aside from the Octopus which he did freehand, the other fishes I did bring images of. He clealry brought those images to life. He also free handed the corals etc.

Mike Parsons is the artisit. He's one of the best in the country and dos amazing color work along with saltwater fish /reef artistry.

He's got a shop over in Tampa Fl.

here is one for ya

Thank you. Nice shot! I may use the anemone as a reference. I'm gonna stick with a more conventional true/false perc shot though...

What ever pic I use will be shrunk down so that the actual fish will only be 1 to 1.5 inches... it's not a lot of room to work with considering the size of the other fishes already there. To keep things in perspective it makes it challenging...

These arent AMAZING pictures but some I took earlier in the year, maybe give you some ideas anyway.

RyanEG, Thanks very much. After shrinking your photo down, the clowns may be the format that I'm looking for.

My appt has been rescheduled until August 7th... can't wait.

Really? SWEET! Im a horrible photographer and I'll say that Im truly honored! Make sure you PM me pics of the new ink...please.

Not sure if you've made your final decision...but here's a few - not even sure there is a perc in the larg tank inages but the nems are cool. The other fish are cool, but they are in a leather.... go figure.
