Looking for advice on clams on the half shell

Did a few searches, didn't find much info. Anyone have a recommendation for clams on the half shell such as Omega, or Hikari? The local grocery stores don't seem to have much selection, I live in a more rural area and haven't found a store with a decent seafood selection

Find the shellfish, clams or oysters, at the grocery store. Chop it up into fine bits, place in a baggie and press into a flat sheet and freeze. Break off small pieces and thaw to feed to fish and inverts. Now you have a fresh, nutritious, food source that will last for a reasonable price.

I use Hikari only because it was easily available to me. I would source them from a fresh source over the frozen
