I bought a custom 125 gallon tank from them (to fit in a specific location in my sun room). Their price was the best by far for a custom job, (out of three companies where I requested a quote) even when I paid extra for starphire glass (well worth it). I drove my van to pick it up and saved on shipping costs.
The tank had a couple minor scratches (not sure if that was their fault or my fault) but they easily buffed out with diamond grit polish.
Turn around time was fairly fast too. The owners are pretty abrupt if not at times rude over the phone, however. But all in all, no major complaints or problems. I would buy form them again if I needed a custom job. If I needed a tank of a common size though I would look to buy used (CraigsList, Reef Central, local paper, etc.) and save the cash.
