is this the species that looks very similar to odontodactylus scyllarus.? if so, a store has had one just down the street from my house for a few months now.
I know the OS quite well..... However I don't think that the smithii's are as colorful. In fact I am trying to find a good pic of a G.Smithii to send to Octupus Garden so that they can look out for one.
Does anyone have a good pic of the entire Smithii??
Also is there an easy way to identify a Smithii compared to a others (ie wennera??)
yeah this little guy is not as opaque and solidly marked as the wennerae ive seen.
this one is about 2.5". green with some red and dark blues. its not an scyllarus. looks like a peacock, but much more subtle colors instead of distinct.
