That sand Doug use to get from Keys was great live sand, it was
gone as fast as he got it in the store.....George used to have
some good live sand also...Might check with him..
When I hear live sand I almost want to run and hide. Not for the fact that live and is bad, but for the fact live sand has way to loose a name. You can autoclave sand and place it in a tank seconds later it could be called live sand.
I think live sand in a tank is a major benefit. As long as it is true live sand. I would have to say the sand that Doug use to get was sweet. And since Macye took over I would like to ask if she could do a talk for ORCA about sand. Showing the true difference with a scope.
