I am looking for a media reactor to run rowaphos because my phos is crazy right now. 2 little fishes should work or something not so expensive.

Meh I wouldn't really bother. My tank is like that from time to time. Are you having any problems that you're attributing to this?

Any algae? Have you confirmed your numbers with a different test? ICP or anything?

I apologize if I'm coming across as contrarian. I just don't think po4 is the boogeyman that folks make it out to be. I think it's mostly bs but that's my unedumacated opinion.

Surprisingly no algae in the system but my nitrate is 0 also

I bet your po4 would drop pretty well if you started nitrate dosing.

Your nutrients being out of whack are a classic sign of carbon dosing. Read up on Redfield ratio.

Basically when a nutrient becomes restricted, as nitrate does in carbon dosing, the phosphates raise. The opposite will happen when phosphate is restricted. I don't know about the science. It's beyond me.

When I quit vinegar dosing my po4 was .2-.3 and nitrates were 2. After a month my nitrates raised to 15 and po4 dropped to
.13

No, I quit vinegar dosing, which like biopellets, tend to strip nitrate from the water in an unbalanced ratio to po4

Nothing good comes from biopellets, gfo, or rowaphos imo. I think a lot of people get hooked into running gfo and stuff because they dont like the look of the tank when its going through its early stages. Then eventually they stop carbon dosing or take the gfo offline and all of a sudden they get some negative side affects and instead of rising it out and letting the tank stabilize and get rid of the stuff on its own, they put the gfo back online.

I like the way my tank looks I have pretty much no algae but I don't like my phos level. I will slowly remove the 20 pellets in the system.
