Looking for Stand Refinisher

I found a replacement stand for my 175 Bowfront (thanks Jon!), but this oak veneer stand had been painted beige with what appears to be a latex paint. The wood is in great shape (which can't be said for my existing MDF stand!) and looks as if it originally had a cherry stain applied.

I'm looking for suggestions for someone that could strip the stand, replace some hinges, seal and repaint the stand in black. There is a matching canopy as well.

Anyone familiar with a cabinet refinisher that might be interested in this project?
