I'm confused on what to use.. My tank is 8'x25"x25" with rock covering the overflow(2) on iether side. The middle is open bcuz of a 2' foot glass brace there . Anyways i have 2 40 watt vho and 2 40 atinics with 2 175 20 000k ushio bulbs on iether side.I no its not alot of light but for now. I should add that a 7 inch sand is there.200lbs live rockthings are going well.

I want to upgrade lighting but i'm undecided on lighting. Dual 400 watt pfo pulse or 400 watt electronic ice caps,250w in both
styles. 20000k,14000k im looking for the clean whitish blue look.

money is not an issue i want to do things right.I have acros,monti's polites shrooms,branching hammers caps,zoes, overgrowing zenia's.

I'm planing to add the new lighting with the dual 175 in the middle for a little light.

plz help want to order lights asap.

I would do the IceCap Ballasts so you can use any bulb you want. I would also go for the Aquaconnect 14k's with the VHO actinic supplements. That MH bulb will give you exactly the whitish blue look you want. In addition, I would shoot for 6 watts per gallon of lighting.
