Here's what Ohioreef sent my way:

Was told chalices are 6-8" wide, and torches have 5+ heads typically, gold 6+
Shipping is via air, picked up by ohioreef at the terminal. cost split between buyers. In the $10-20 range, but if enough people join can go lower. Ran $5 per person last bulk order.
