lost an old friend

My pink skunk clown was the first fish I ever bought. Thought I lost him a few times, but found him living in the overflow on two separate occasions. Once for 3 months, and another for a few weeks.

Today, however, found him fried to a crisp on that dang huge obstructive Oceanic glass center brace. No comin back from that one.

RIP little buddy:sad2:

Its inevitable when you get a pet that you'll likely out live it. He had a good life. Sucked to see him go, but such is life.

never thought i'd get attached to my fish...but when you have one for that long?

sorry about your loss.:(

Oh man, poor guy was sizzlean. Clownchip. He got his proper burial at sea. My wife made me forego the 21 gun salute.

Sorry to here that!

Hadn't seen my yellow coris wrasse since Monday evening so went looking for him last night. And much to my surprise I found my poor little fish also fried to a nice crisp on my DAMN glass cross brace on my Oceanic. What a stupid design. If I didn't work in the auto industry and have two kids in college (third starts in Sept) l think I'd take the plunge, get rid of this tank, and start up a 300 gallon deep dimension. - Mark

capt, Sorry for your loss, how old was your clown? I still have my first clown ever too, however I've only had him for a year now. He's a male so he hasnt grown much, He's been widowed twice before I bought a lid, him and the 3rd wife are doin fine now though :)

Brings to question the oldest fish we have in our systems.

Nothing too old in my saltbut freshy I have one that is over 14yrs-Got my $ worth w/ this one!
