Lost male half of pair after 2 years, okay to pair up female again?

I lost my male clownfish in an accident after 2 years of him being paired up with his female. How hard will it be to pair up the female again? She doesn't seem too bothered about his absence since she's got the nem all to herself. She's about 3 inches. Not very aggressive ( the male was always the one who attacked me) I know the clown I get needs to be smaller, but how much smaller? Tiny? Or only around an inch smaller? Any help is appreciated. I don't want to mess this up and end up with 2 females

You just need to add a clown that have not turn to female yet. If we are talking about Percula and Ocellaris, female can be quite a bit smaller than 3 inches. I would add a fish that is less than 1.5 inch, or one I know that is not a female.
