Xenia, torch, branching hammer, frogspawn?, many other euphyllia's

These are all great options. I would start with some Zoas and a Xenia (either pulsing or waving hand). If you go with a Xenia, be sure to isolate it on its own rock so it isn't able to rapidly spread and take over more real estate than you want![]()

Hi. Just curious why you suggest to avoid those? I am still a couple months from adding any coral, but want to know what to avoid and why, too. I like elegance, and was thinking it would be among my first additions. Thanks!:reading:Some good suggestions above, along with some strange ones.
Easy LPS:
branching hammer
frogspawn
torch
favia/favites/goniastrea
Duncan
candycanes
Some to avoid:
wall hammers
elegance
goniopora/alveopora

I was stating beginner corals, not specifically LPS... So my bad for not being more specific. But thanks for taking the time to call everyone out! [emoji61]Neither of the 2 beginer corals that you suggest are LPS, Which is what op was wanting to know about .
