Hey I wanted to show off my LTA and special maroon clown.. I have never seen one quite like her... If u guys can help me figure out what kind of maroon I have would be awesome! I would love to get her a mate but want the same kind.. It is really hard to see in this pic but she has a faint yellow band in her first band. the rest are white...

Any help appreciated :)

To be honest with u, I dont know, I bought it from my LFS after I had purchased a pure white LTA from petco(yes I was taught a valuable lesson) I have had this big guy for 3 mths now and its orbital base and tentacles are all turning a gorgeous emerald green and a beautiful purple... So any info on my LTA would be awesome too!!!

Thumbnail pics are loading way too slow for me right now to tell for sure.
Gold stipes start out white, and can take about a year to start turning gold.
My guess is if you see even a hint of yellow, and it's still fairly young, it's a gold.
As for nem, hard to ID from tents.
Best is foot/base.
Foot should be red color, and spotted veracue base.
here's ID pic.

Beautiful LTA. I'm not sure exactly why you mean when you say what kind of maroon clown is mine though. Looks to be a normal maroon clown to me. Possibly a GSM. Time will tell.

Lol actually what really is cool is that she has the reverse colors with the black and orange on her fins but maybe thats common lol... as for the LTA the foot is actually the same base color as the nem itself... has the noduals on the back of the orbital disk area... Is that not normal? Now I am worried lol

Other than that maroon w/ crazy stripes, I only know of whites stripes or gold stripes, so it's one or the other.
A red foot is a good sign it's an LTA, and it should have spotted veracue running in straight lines like the pic I posted for you.
I see no reason to worry.

The nem is VERY health loves to eat lol... I know it does not have a diff color foot but its foot is as dark as its body and that very tan-red color :) I am hoping it doesnt get to big for my tank lol it already measures abt 10-12 in across lol and has actually put on abt 1-2 in since i bought it :) Im love nems they are so fascinating. I even think kinda has a personality lol it pets my corals that are around it and even used to let our regal tang host it lol
