LTA not anchoring

Should I be concerned that the LTA is not anchoring. I've had it about a month and it didn't anchor for about 5 days then anchored but a week the LTA moved and hasn't anchored since. Doesn't seem to be holding on to it's food either but seems to be getting a bit of it's color back. it fills itself and looks swollen too, but just doesn't anchor.

It's a 90 gallon (~100 gallon total water volume) mixed reef with stony corals and softies. Running phosban and dosing V&V.
nitrates - 5 ppm (API)
phosphates - 0 (Salifert)
calcium - 420 (API)
alkalitnity - 7.5 (Salifert)

The only thing i can think is the alkalinity might be a little low bc I was trying to keep it lower bc of the carbon dosing. Any ideas?

What color is it?

Any damage to the foot?

How deep is your sandbed?

What lights do you have?

when i got it was white with blue tips. it has gotten a little more blue since i've had it.

when i got it, i checked the foot and didn't notice any damage to it. i haven't noticed any other damage to it's foot (from what i can see).

sandbed is between 2" - 3" depending where in the tank. currently he's in a section that about 2".

i have two 250 watt halides (14k) and actinic PCs.

I am going through the exact same problem with mine. He is very sticky but wont hold on to food. He has moved and hasnt anchored for more than 2 days. Last weekend he started to float I mean positive buoancy. Now hes back down and anchored after I dug a hole in the bed next to a rock. He rarely deflates and his mouth is tight. Parameters are great. I did find out that he was a wild caught.
