LTA sucked by the powerhead

Hello, I have had this LTA for 3 days. It was on a spot, but for whatever reason, it decided to move sometime last night. I woke up and the side of the anemone was sucked into the powerhead. I tried getting some of it out, but it is really stuck. The nem is still alive and I see it inflate and deflate. I don't see any tentacles floating around the tank. The foot looks good too, but the part that is sucked in looks like it split. It looks like a bubble. I'm not sure what to do for it. I have removed the nem from the tank and I'm hoping it can squeeze itself out. What are the chances of it surviving and what should I do for it?:/ ImageUploadedByTapatalk1435776336.924964.jpg

If there's no tear in the foot I'd say it has a better than 50% chance. But it needs to adjust quickly to your tank by finding a spot it likes.
I would put a piece of rock into that powerhead cover to hold it down so the nem can pull itself out.

Let it work it's own way out, it should.
Good chance of survival as long as your tank can provide what it needs.
