Lumenmax reflector questions.

Need optimum mounting for LumenMax Elite - Double Ended HQI Reflector 250 watt.

How high should it be from your water surface?

Need the same info for LumenMax 3.

Tank is 60x30 and has 2 250watt halides on it. I am looking for a spread of about 28x28inches.

Also any idea when you will be getting Warner Marine Ultimate Snow back in stock?

You are basically trying to light a 30" x 30" square with each pendant. For that I would recommend running the Lumenmax Elite around 10" at the top of the reflector, and the Lumenmax 3 around 12" at the top of the reflector. The 3 will be more focused and intense, but with less spread.

Ok tank is only 20 inches deep so intense is not needed spread is, so lumen max elite it is.

Any idea on the ultimate snow?

Would rather order everything at once.
