lunar setting

So I've tried to figure out this Moon INT setting using Kenargo's site and some great threads on here but I haven't seen anything that discussed what I'm seeing. When I entered the code from Kenargo my Apex turned it to:

Fallback OFF
Set BlueDn
If Moon 690/141 Then BlueUp
If Time 11:30 to 23:30 Then BlueUp

I'm assuming this is just based on the season table, but wanted to make sure. It seems very bright for the moon!

Any ideas?

I am pretty sure the INT parameter is specific to the LunarSim unit. As far as I know there is not a way to read the parameter and convert it to a Profile setting for the VS port. Although, I would think it would be easy to add the functionality.
