What are you shooting with? If it's a DSLR i can understand the relief of having a camera do the work for you! When you get a feel fo rthe settings it gets even better

yes it is a dslr the first one of this kind i ever had, and i can say they are worth the cost. so far just playing around i can take great shots with it.

I have an XTi and picked the For Dummies book for it. It was well worth the money. It covers some basic photography fundamentals and then applies them to the camera. I'm sure the ones for other cameras are just as good

it is the d1000, i really got it for the wife but i been taken photos with more then she has i think, i also got the 300 mm zoom lens with it
