Lyretail Anthias - added in two groups, or all at once?

My ultimate plan for my 150 gallon tank is to add either 7 or 9 female lyretail anthias, but I'm unsure about how to go about adding them. I have a 20 gallon long QT tank, and it has been my plan to treat proactively with Prazipro, and make sure they are eating well before adding to the DT. However, adding all 7+ to this QT doesn't seem like a doable option. Is it possible to add maybe 4 now, and then another 3 down the road? Not sure if the established group will cause problems with any newly added fish if they are not added all at once?
Thanks for the input in advance!

I would add them at once. They establish a pecking order that could be disrupted by adding more IMO. You might have to do some extra water changes to keep up on water quality in QT but I think that's going to be the best way to do it.
