I know it's $20 for parking a day. I'm officially staying overnight Fri - Mon, but getting there Friday AM for the festivities!. Is the day parking different from resort? I don't want to double pay! And is it self parking? I do valet as a last resort at most places, especially if I'm not familiar. Thanks!

pucrush- Yes the parking across the street belongs to the Diplomat. You will not have to pay twice. The price is per day, so you can come and go allday for same price. You will use your key card for entry and exit from parking lot.

JPK- all hotels charge for parking. That is out of our control.

Truth is i havent checked it out but sure its on their website.

I know you can self park. It's the garage across the street from the hotel.

Today I was told the parking will be cheaper during the event for the garage.

You could park at the metered lot per hour at hallandale beach and walk over (dont expect spots to be open on the weekend though), but if your going to be there over a few hours 12 bucks is a great deal

$60 for admission is pretty ridiculous to see some corals and supplies.

A - Attend and pay the $60 bucks
B- Don't attend
C- Attend on Sunday and pay 40$
D- Volunteer for 4 hours and get in free, and help out the club.

Life is full of options!
