Love my anthias and wrasses. Missed out on a big 4-5 inch Australian Scott's the other day. I was on my way to to get it but figured I'd call to make sure they still had it and it was gone. Really good price too. I have a CA reactor and dose the following:

MAG: 1.1/day (doser)
Zeovit FlatwormStop: 3mL/day (manual)
Zeovit Coral Booster: 3mL/day (manual)
Stontium: 20mL/month (manual)
Lugol's Iodine: 2 drops/month (manual)
Apex AFS feeds 4 times/day


Monday/Wednesday/Friday:
Frozen feeding: 1 cube Reef Kaviar
AquaVitro Fuel: 20mL (manual)

Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday:
Kitchen Sink: 30mL

Kitchen sink recipe:
2 measuring spoons: OB Coral Vibrance
2 ms: Coral Frenzy
2 ms: TM Reef Snow
2 ms: BRS Reef Chili
2 ms: Reef Roids
2 ms: Freeze Dried Cycolpeeze
12 cubes: 6 types of frozen food (rotifiers, PE mysis, cyclopeeze, squid...)
Pinch of red algae flakes

This normally lasts about 2 weeks and I keep it refrigerated. Been thinking about freezing in ice trays though.

I run 1/2 cup GFO all the time and 1/2" cup GAC 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off in separately fed reactors.

Filtration is handled by a filter sock, changed out every couple days, my massively over-sized skimmer and about a 15g fuge that I don't really think helps with conditioning but sure keeps my dragonet fat and happy.
