Macro ID Please

After going through the sites listed on the sticky at the top of the forum this looks a little like one of the Calurpa algaes. Could someone confirm or correct me please. The texture is about like any normal vine like plant in your everyday flower pot at home. It grows on the rock work in a vine form but it is really starting to get active. Other than manual removel are there any other alternative to get rid of this.

It is caulerpa, either serrulata, or scalpelliformis. I'm not sure how to distinguish between the two. Manual removal along with decent herbivor. Research rabbitfish I tink you'll find that some of these guys will eat it.
