Magnifica with mouth partially everted after 2 years

Just to show you a picture of my heteractis mag which is currently with the mouth partially everted. The nem has been with me for two years and never had any problem. The mouth gets opened during the night specillay and improves during the day

He is placed in a small tank close to DT sharing the same waters. Water parameters are into the standard right ranges

As we all know the opened mouth is not a good sign

Any ideas, experiences?

Parameters all look good, does it deflate and inflate a lot? If not that is a good sign. Do you ever feed your nem?

Maybe there is something in the water that's causing a continuous feeding response? For example, do you have fish in your DT such as Anthias that require frequent feeding via auto feeder?

Possibility of a snail falling into it? Maybe having trouble trying to digest a shell.
