Would a magnificent anemone be ok in a 46 gallon bf with just it and 2 percula clowns? it would just be the nem. no rock or anything. maybe some rock for it to attach too.
It would at least need some live rock for filtration, and a large flat top for the anemone. H. Magnifica has a wide foot and usually likes to sit on the flat top of a rock. The tank would have to be well established, and very well lit. And even then, the parameters would probably need to be watched very carefully as that particular anemone supposedly harder to keep.
I kept one in my forty gallon with a 175 metal halide. Went to the top of my glass and stayed there. Went from about four inches ton ten inches untilni sold him.
