the strangest things have been going on in my tank lately...
i have a mini carpet anemone that has since split into three carpets(about 3")...last month i added a GBTA(about 3").
previously, the clowns played host in no one...well the female often played in the GSP...i have since got that out to replace it with the GBTA...
now my male clown has been aggressively playing in one of the carpets, however everytime he goes to play in it, the female lays the smack down on him...and since they have a cool little personality, everytime she turns her head he goes right back into the carpet...very wierd since the mini carpet arent hosting nems...i have to shoot a vid of this...it is hilarious..
stranger still is if he goes to play in the GBTA, she does nothing but sit back and watch him..
and to top it all off, both clowns like to spend time in the GBTA, but at night both reside in my green fungia...
is this considered strange behaviour for Occelaris clowns? i didnt even expect them to host in the GBTA...but as soon as it was added they went right to it..
