Mandarin gobies

So I'm looking for a little info from anyone that has successfully raised mandarin gobies. For the past few months I've been catching my mandarins spawning every month or so. A week or so I noticed the female has gotten really fat in the belly so I'm thinking she's prego.

First do I need to do anything special? Like take the female out and into a separate system?
Is raising mandarin fri a lot like raising clown fri

I would think it would be a lot more difficult. ORA had captive-bred mandarins at some point, but it wasn't something they continued.
