Mandarin goby swimming upside

Hey guys I noticed my mandarin goby swimming upside a few days ago at night and thought it was just sleeping that way. But now even in the daytime it is still upside and its stomach is bloated. It looks like it can't swim downward because it's stomach is making it float. What do you guys think is wrong with it? Is it pregnant? this is it upside down

Yah I'm trying to do the best I can to help it but can't figure out exactly whats wrong. NEED HELP

Is it in QT?

Swim bladder disease, possibly, or the guts are filled with some sort of gas.
Water parameters?
Are you feeding it anything?
Anything added to the tank recently, some sort of chemicals or treatment?

dropsy? treat with antibiotics if its not too late.

The mandarin does today, so sad , i think it was swim bladder becasue the stomach was bloated and reddish.

I'm so sorry man. Hopefully he will be reborn back in the sea, as free as can be from humanity.
