Today it started to ooze white puss. He's still eating and hunting and the swelling had started to go down, he can move his eye and seems otherwise fine. Im slightly concerned that the puss may be parasitic. I cant move the mandy because sadly I have no where to move him to. Ive been treating with prazipro to help prevent the spread if it is a parasite. Any ideas on what this could be?

Just one eye or both? If just one eye, try dosing epsom salt (1 tablespoon per 5 gals) to help ease the swelling. But the puss sounds like the eye may be getting infected. For that, you would need to treat with antibiotics in a QT.

Thanks for the input. It seems slightly better now. Im going to try the Epsom salt and daily water changes.
