Manis shrimp in chicagoland

I have a mantis shrimp that came in on my rock about 6 months ago. I would guess he"s about 3-4 inches long. He has a brown body but a very colorful face and claws. He is a hammer type? mantis that makes a lot of clicking sounds. He set up house in a nive softball size piece of Bali live rock.

DOES ANYONE WANT HIM?........I will give him to a nice home but I dont know how to get him out without hurting him. If you get him out he's free. If not I will sell him for the price of a replacement rock.
If nobody takes him do they cook up well with lemon, garlic, and butter? Do you just boil the alive?

I will try to get a picture of him in the next few days. If I can get rid of him without shipping that would be easyer.

either way. Catch him or we can trade for a rock like he is hiding in.

Watch him and see which hole he is hiding in. Then remove the rock and shoot some sodawater into the hole with a turkey baster. He should come right out. I have caught several this way.
