mantis & aiptasia

Is there any way a large aiptasia anemone can harm a 2.5~3" N.Wennerae mantis? When I break down my 20H and move my mantis to my 10, I plan on actually feeding the aiptasia too and seeing how large I can get them. I wonder if they could attain such a size where they could actually pose a threat to the mantis...
weird question, but hopefully someone can answer.

Don't know how the mantis will do with the anemone but I have seen an aiptasia that got so large that it was able to kill and eat a 3" seahorse.
