mantis & eel?

i've aquired a small snowflake eel which is about 5'' at the moment. it is currently in my QT, but i'm thinking of putting it in my mantis shrimp. do you think it will work? my peacock mantis is about 6'' but very docile and stays mostly to krill and mithrax.

How big is the tank?
I'm thinking this will most definitely end in bloodshed.
If the tank is real big, and there is lots of places to hide, it could work.
But I'd say you should keep them in seperate tanks/

Eh, I don't think so. Even if your mantis leaves the eel alone, there is no way the eel won't try its hardest to eat the mantis once it gets bigger. If the peacock is smart it will kill the eel before it becomes a threat. Plus I doubt your mantis is in a tank anywhere near big enough for a snowflake. Just because it is 5" now doesn't mean that it won't grow up to be 2'.

Someone is going to die brutally. Either the mantis is going to eat the Eel, or the Eel will eat the mantis.
Remember Snowflake Morays are Crustation eaters....
