Mantis Field of Vision

I am sitting in my office watching my mantis shrimp and it seems like he can turn his eyes like swivels. Does anyone know how far around they can turn their eyes? Kind of like how owls can turn their head 135 degrees in either direction. Or am I just seeing things?

yes they have stalked eyes and each eye has independent visual processing. Like a chameleon. If it wants to really focus on something like prey, they turn both eyes to face the target and can get a better judgment of distance. I dunno what their blind spots are like, but Id imagine that yes they have them.
