It has a Neogonodactylus wennerae telson. Assuming it has white meral spots, that is probably what it is.

I just got a good look at his meral spots and they are white with a black ring. Thanks for all your help!!

I've got the same mantis.. How large does this one get?

you could check on dr. yoys site and it gives the sizes on there, i believe a wennerae wouldnt get over 3" though
