definitely Gonodactylellus, but I can't be certain of the species without seeing the meral spots and a better view of the dorsal telson. It doesn't quite say "affinis" to me, but that is just a gut feeling.
Probably not. They will hide during the day when the stomatopod is active. This species does not usually hunt away from the cavity. They are ambush predators that dart out and grab small passing prey. I feed mine by hand (prey stuck on a pin at the end of a feeding stick).
