Mantis update and questions

Hey all,

So my mantis (believed female g. chiagra) has settled into a hole in one of my rocks. She hasnt eaten any of the 4 hermit crabs in the tank but she eats frozen krill just fine, is this anything I should worry about? Also she has been going down to the sand and I think bringing piles of it up into her hole, what is she doing? She has got used to me being around the tank fairly quickly, used to run for the hills when I would come around, but now she goes about her business even when I am standing there.

I wouldn't worry too much if its eating something. Dr. Roy has said in the past that the color green tends to elicite an attack from a G.chiagra, so maybe dye the hermit shells?
I'm not sure why it is bringing sand up to its hole but I would speculate its just for floor covering.
