March 19th - Reef Trip to see Monster Reef Setups

We will have a Reef Trip instead of a standard reef meeting in March. Tim Greene has invited us to come visit and tour multiple large systems in the Jonesboro, AR area. Here is a quote from him:

"So far we'll have 4 large systems to see, with 1 or 2 more as a possibility...

My 1200g, (2) 240+125's, (1) 1000g and hopefully the 1100 that's in progress (if the weather ever cooperates anyway) and possibly a 300g that is owned by the same people.

I just spoke w/ the woman that has the 300g in her office and that the 1100g is being built into her home, and visiting the 300 is no problem...

The 1100g "in progress" probably shouldn't be an issue to gain access to either, but she said that it it will depend upon a couple of factors that involve construction and site issues around her home, since the system is being built into the middle of a massive addition that's currently being added onto her house.

Me and my family are plaining to as long I am in town. I work out of town and I may not be around.

This will also be a frag swap, where people are actually swapping coral. Bring coral to trade or sell if you have any. Even if you don't bring coral, you probably want to bring a cooler in case you end up purchasing some coral while we are there. Tim said he has an area to put your corals to maintain temp when we get there.

As much as I work overtime and take other people's shifts I know that I should have a favor or two to call in, but it IS a weekend shift and I work from 430AM till 500PM that evening so I don't see anybody willingly stepping up to take it for me.

What Saturday are you off in April? I'll try to schedule the meeting so you can make it.

I work every other weekend......I work the weekend of Mar 19th and every other after that. You don't have to bend your whole meeting schedule around me I would feel better with what is better for most....if it happens that it is a weekend off for me then it's good!

I work in the "Pipeline Industry". So I travel to work. I am going to the Tri-city area this year.
