Does the Board of Directors still have the donation templates we used with the different companies? Who has been contacted? Who has donated thus far? Who needs to be contacted still?



Besides Fritz being the Primary Sponsor and BRS donating an Rodi unit, do we have anything else 18 days before the swap?

Yes we still have that though it is no longer relevant and many changes would need to be made for it to be used anymore.
We have a spreadsheet with tabs for different years of swaps for who has been contacted, who has donated, etc.
Yes we have other items 18 days before the swap.

Not many hobbyists or locals requested a table I’d surmise? Some years we get several members and other years only one or two. This year was a low member table request most likely, but we encourage and support all of our members having the option if they’d like to participate.

I’d say feel free to start a thread here this week asking for things you might want because we do a lot of informal horse trading the day of the swap
