Just a long day Sang. On top of all of the tank related problems, I'm still dealing with a bad knee. I'm waiting to get an MRI and if I'm not training, I get bored pretty fast :hammer:

I'm not really sure Arnie, but I believe it happened while playing an indoor soccer game. The symptoms aren't the best and I've already have x-rays which showed nothing; but thats pretty typical since its either a meniscus or ligament damage. I'll know more when I see the sports medicine doctor next week. Either way, no training and its taking its toll on me :hammer:
 
iv been threw ligament -meniscus- dislocated(thankfully not broken) knees, what are your symptoms ? large swelling and feals unsteady to walk on?

And more ;) This isn't my first rodeo, but the doctors when you play collegiate and professional sports are much different that when you are just a health card number.
 
lol i hear that, after my left knee went out the first time then the second one went out i didnt need to go to the doctor i told him what was wrong and told him to setup a date. If its something bad that happened before you know right away if its the same thing.
 
Good luck with the issues Mark. I've also teared my meniscus a few years ago when carrying large jerrycans of RO water :hmm2:
Two months on the couch pretty much solved it, although I still feel it sometimes. But knowing your lifestyle and training that isn't an option for you ;) All the best.

Good luck on the knee Mark. I was at the orthopedic Dr. a few months ago for my knee also. He said that "That sounds crunchy." I donno some medical term I guess. My MRI was moderate so I'm holding off but the constant aching, clicking/snapping/popping and swelling when I do anything physical is getting old.

Nope, Just letting others have their time on Page 1 before I want to start padding my post count again :thumbsup:

I did get my apex online...Does that count? I also have "tank overhaul" on the family calendar for this Sunday ;)

I'm not looking forward to it either Brian. It will be one of those all day things. Take all of the corals off the rocks, rescap a rock that has been bugging me and then reattach some corals (and thats just the right side) I'm doing this mostly because I want to add my echinata colony; finally!!! :thumbsup:

Considering I have three colonies just laying on top of each other right now, I'd say so :p

That was just from answering PM's :lol:

BAYMAC is in May and there are a couple out of towners that want to make the drive to see the system. That kind of puts me in hurry up mode, so I can change it again if I don't like the outcome :(
