Sang- What can I say buddy? You are gatthering quite a collection very rapidly. The red is nice. I also got mine from Alicia. It seems to be a lot more hardy than the pink. The frag I got from Karl is not doing so well. I lost my first frag from Clint after three days. I hate freshly cut chalice frags :( Have you got a Jayda's yet? I just gave one to Tim.
 
Agreed. That Mark is upstanding guy. Mark, when I'm up and running, will you cart an Achilles over to Boston? Thanks bro. :smokin:
 
Mark, I know. Jus playin! I've heard that Sang keeps very nice corals like yourself, but he won't share his build thread with us :(

That only plays into the mystique of the "wise 'ol master reefkeeper". I think he learned that from Karl or vice versa:lol:

Did you get the pink melon from Karl recently? Which chalice died from Clint? Alicia held onto the frag for around a month and shipped it after it was fully healed. I do believe that is the secret of a healthy chalice.
 
Sang, I got the LE Pink watermelon from Clint the first time around(the original; I talk to Alicia too much :) ). I did pick up a small frag from Karl before he sold what was left to Rommel.
I always like to let them heal before I trade even locally. I have lost a few frags that way as I have not found a rocksolid method yet :(
 
Why don't you cut me a piece of your Bazooka Joe and hold on to it for for a few weeks. You can prove that my theory works!
 
Thats funny. I have a frag for fliger in my dish as we speak. The great thing about David is that he collects like we do. I cut it 4 weeks ago and now he has gathered the other pieces that he wanted from me, except the nebulas :D
 
I'd be ****ed that you are sending the Joe to someone else before me, but I actually like David. I'll let you off this time with a warning.:)

Dude, your nebulas are growing like wildfire. I think I have around 15-20 polyps now.

I'll let you guys hash this out. I am off to HD, plumbing supply store, Trader Joes as possibly TAP plastics. I need to get back before my package from Salty Critter gets here.

Mark, don't you have to work?? Lucky Dog, get to work on his tank! I've asked Sang before about a build thread. Cuz seriously, someone else told me he has really nice coral. I've never seen em though :(
 
Sang's old system was beautiful, but he got rid of his goods. He is started all over, but I know a few of the guys he got some stuff from so it won't be long before he will be proud enough to post some livestock shots.

Sang, I know I am 36 minutes late, but I got water in the tank just for you :lol: Now I need to go rearrange my messes.
 
Before we put the tank on the stand, the UPS guy stopped on by. Today he dropped off a vortech, a battery backup, a spectrapure level controller, a SLS Blue wave 3 ballast, wiring connectors and a pair of filter socks as well. I also was able to pick up a ice cap 430 ballast to power a pair of 72" super actinic vho's.

This is the second time that I have used Salty Critter. The first was for a pair of 6055's when no one had them. Their customer service is great. My 6055's were delivered on a Sat and this time around, when I emailed them questions and even though we are two hours behind in time, he responded more than once from his PDA. Thanks again.

Well, enough plugging, here is what I got today :)
