Quiet Jt!!! He may change his mind on us again ;)

I just feel better when I stay here in the LTF ;) I can't say the same for all the other forums I frequent. I am in tank enjoyment mode.

I had the camera out for a brief moment as I was documenting a piece that I am trading, but I noticed one of my frags of armegeddons were looking pretty nice. I keep saying that I will be getting rid of my zoas, but I like taking pictures of them. Maybe I'll keep just a couple

Working across town is not as bad I figured it would be. The hours I work help me have minimal traffic and on Thursday nights I stop by YR to help John close up.

Today I asked him if he had a extra hole saw. I drilled my first glass tank tonight :D It looks like I will construct a stand frame for it this weekend.

good job on drilling the bulkhead, but wouldn't it be better if you reverse the bulk. just in case one day you need to do any changes.

I just put it together to take a picture. C'mon Bart, Gimme a break. Man, its a tough crowd around here :D

Bart, can you elaborate on this? I guess I just don't get it.

you can pull the entire bulkhead out if the nut was mounted on the inside. if mounted like shown in the pic you can't removed it unless you cut the pvc. unless you can pull union through the hole :D

That makes so much sense it hurts.:o
Thanks for the lesson.

Bart better know what he's talking about when it comes to plumbing. He only used up half the world's supply of PVC to plumb his own tank :D

Well, day one of amino acids is done. No change yet in the corals.:)

What? After reading all of those miracle threads about aminos, I would of thought your corals would of grown so much, you would be upgrading as we speak.

No difference in nog production. I turned off the skimmer for a couple hours. I used 10 drops on my tank.

hey maximus

Take before and after photos. Give it maybe 2-3wks...I don't know. :/

There is not a big difference unless your corals are not getting they nutrients the needed in the first place.

Mark, is it necessary to re-dip the monti's for AEFW?

I am not sure. I do know that monties are hardier than most acro's, so I'd do a re-dip just for peace of mind since they are in the same holding tank.
