Amanda asked if I put the towel up so I did not have to watch the massacre. :(

I am expecting the worse:thumbdown

That sucks! Tangs can be ruthless. I have done the mirror trick in the past didn't get very good results. Hopefully you fair better!

sometimes you just have to let nature take it course. IMO trying to net them out and placed in QT will probably have less chance of survival. my PBT almost murdered the copperband for 3 straight days about 2 months ago, but made it through the cuts and bruises. if they are fat and healthy they should be ok as along they are eating. good luck Mark and sleeping wont help btw :D

Thanks Bart. I did not want to go through the whole ordeal of fishing them out. Its a reef, not a playground ;)

i think adding fishes at the same time or later time doesn't really matter. all fishes are hit and misses, some are very lucky and others like myself are not so lucky :D. i have a sohal, purple and duss in my 2 fuge for about 7 months now and they are very happy, but every now and then the sohal gets crazy and cuts the duss up a little and within few days is heal.

I definitetly agree. Had a Red sea sailfin and YT in my 180 for about 6 months thought i would add a Sohal since it would be the last tang i introduced and fiured the other 2 were well established well the RSS went after the Sohal pretty hard for the first few days. Then about 2 weeks into it, it was on and payback was in order the Sohal was relentless so i had to remove him.

i was thinking of adding 2 sohal last :D. my friend sohal has already out grew the display and needs a home.

I just took off the towels and I added a larger mirror. I see both new tangs swimming this morning. The maculiceps is hiding in a cave and the dussumier is more in the open, but the achilles is already saying hello to him.

I just got home from visiting my friend Alicia in Napa. Her tanks are beautiful. Its always nice to go visit with reefing friends.

*Tang update *
All three are out swimming under all of the halides. The Achilles id still messing more with the maculiceps, but he had his little place to hide when need be. The achilles is definitely occupied with the 16x12 mirror on one side of the tank.
Both of the new additions are eating everything I throw at them. They really like the food mix from blue zoo. I will definitely be ordering some in bulk with my next purchase.

Check out the ingredients. They do not ship out fish until they are eating this food. They send a sample pack with every order:thumbsup:

Tonight was night of getting frag glue on the hands and the sleeves of my shirt wet.

I moved a couple of things in and I moved a good portion of my zoas out. Tomorrow I plan on cleaning the glass to get a few shots. I want to work on a FTS; but no promises ;)
I have about a few corals that are losing their luster. Some are pretty nice, others are duplicates and pieces that I do not have enough patience with. Its always hard for me to get rid of corals :(

Since I got a couple new fish, I decided to make up some "special recipe"

Yummy
