I think the main problems with the ATB's are with the small model. They use the small eheim. H&S and Deltec (and ER) don't use this pump because it doesn't perform as well as the AB 2001. But the 1260 models and airstar models should be okay. But only time will tell

Don't even hesitate... If you have something bad to say about the ATBs, you havent seem them perform in person.....

Either one. The small eheims do not do that well with that much air. That is why H&S will take their chances with the aquabee for that size range.

HMMM, Jim is getting the 1st external ATB cone that is not even in the states yet. I definitely want to see that skimmer set up. Believe it or not, there are more than a handful of ATB owners that recommended me to stick with the H&S.

Yep, he is testing the new warner marine until it arrives. It should be a beast. I can not wait to see yours in action

ATB's from what i have seen and read on here seem darn nice!
Plus with Victor i think you get the best CS around.

I saw the thread where he was testing the Warner marine. Seems alot of people in that thread were kinda cuious why they would go with a Sedra pump?

Victor is a great asset to our hobby. Him and Roger from tunze are top notch. I am going with H&S because the extra price for a BK does not warrant a better product and Brian and Eric at Fins reef know there stuff.
