Here is a quick video of the tank. I have had my maroons for about a month now and they still have not found their anemone. But, nonetheless, enjoy.

Quite a bit of flow. Might be part of the reason. Might try directing flow away from the Anemone so that it gently sways but is not constantly battered. They go to the anemone for refuge but if it is whiped about by water flow they may stay away. Looks like they are hiding behind the rocks as their refuge.
 
Interesting thought on the flow, maybe I can give that a shot and see what happens.
 
It's all a crapshoot with clowns being hosted by anemones...They may never get a clue what the nem is for. I've had it take anywhere from 10 minutes to 6 months for different clownfish to dive in. All I can say is be patient... btw, beautiful set up & awesome aquascaping job....Good luck!
