Maroon Clown with large sore on the mouth

I have had this clown for years and last week I noticed a sore right under her mouth on the chin i suppose. It has seem to have gotten larger. Any ideas could this be a tumor? Ill try to get some pics but she tends to move all over and its hard to get a really good look at it.

I think it's herpes, has he been going out to the bars at night or bringing home strippers?

lol hasnt left the home front for years. My hands are the only ones in there so if that is true maybe i need to go to the doctor

heres the best i can do with pics, kinda hard to take pics of a fish that doesnt want to stay still As stated before the sore is right under the mouth on the "chin" It hasnt really changed in size or shape since the last post.
