MARS Membership Cards

We've added a MARS membership card printing feature to the MARS website (www.MarineAquarist.org). If you are a current member you can use this feature to print your membership card.

To use the membership card feature login to the website. If you are a current member you will see a Members item in the Site Navigation panel on the left side of the screen. Drill down to the Membership Cards page and follow the instructions there for printing your membership card.

NOTE: If you don't see a Members item in the Site Navigatoin pane when you are logged in then your membership has not been activated. If you paid for a membership then E-Mail the secretary at Secretary@MarineAquarist.org and notify him/her that you've paid for your membership but it has not been activated.

Isn't it getting close to paying dues? When the time comes, will it be payable through the website?

I haven't heard anything from the webmaster about activating the website PayPal feature. Steve?

I applied some of the suggestions I got for the membership cards at 10:40 today. If you printed yours before that it will look a little different from the current version. The club will accept both versions and the stores probably won't notice the difference.

What if you can see the "Members" tab but you cant click on it?

Just wondering if anyone with a nice color printer could print mine up for me. I printed one, but it looked like crap. Thats what i get for useing my old Epson Lazer made in 1776 :lol:. If so, That would be great. i could pick up at the december meet.

The plus sign next to Members means it has more choices collapsed under it. Click the plus sign to expand the choices.

FYI - Plus signs work like that throughout he MARS website. If you see a pane it is collapsed.

Hey All

If you want the Secretary to print you a membership card navigate to your profile and click the Membership Card Requested check box. The secretary will bring one to the next meeting.

Please be respectful of the Secretary's time and clear the check box after you receive your membership card. Otherwise the Secretary will keep printing them out and bringing them in.

FYI - We modified the membership card feature to show if you've requested a membership card.
