That goal was reached so much faster than I ever could have dreamed. Keep supporting those who take this wonderful hobby to the next level. Amazing job to everyone that got in on this.

I have never experienced anything like this! I was a little worried when we got so enthusiastic in the beginning that I said OK to the interrupta coming from Japan before we even had funding for it but we have made our goal in less than 3 days!! You are all AWESOME and I have to tell you that I have goose bumps and am a bit teary eyed right now! Big hugs to everyone!!!

MikeandNicole will be sending Jaws the joculator to Hawaii as well although I think we should change his name since "sending Jaws to Hawaii" may impact our tourist industry!

Thank you to Junkai, Y K Tea and digiman. I will talk with the wholesaler here who has been working on the other interrupta possibility. I think he is committed to the order and he is away this weekend so I hope to let you know soon.

Time for me to get busy on putting together a site to follow this exciting journey!

Thank you!!!!!
Karen

Best of luck on this incredible adventure!
I can't wait to see where we are a year from today...
We love you and your incredible work...

I just have one request, just because it sounds like you might end up with 2 breeding pairs of Interruptas, dont let that affect your breeding with the bandits.

Best of luck with this adventure, looking forward to following along

Should we send Karen a cover?

(just poking fun)

Hahaha. And don't worry, I'll keep the interrupta well covered!:uhoh3:

I had written a short article in 2002 after raising the G. personatus "Geni Babe". I don't know how to attach it here so I put it on the donation page.

You can find it by clicking on gallerey at the top just above Fabio's photo. Then it is at the bottom of the gallery page, you click on file and it will download it to you.

There were four G. personatus that got to the late larval stage. Only one completely settled out, (Geni Babe). About a week after celebrating her one year birthday she ended up on the floor.:uhoh2: There was just a small opening in the cover but she must have found it.... She is currently in a jar in the lab at Waikiki Aquarium. Copp's has the next largest larva that didn't completely settle out.

RayL- Don't worry. Those bandits are just taking a spawning break and I'll be back at them as soon as they offer me some more eggs.

Thanks again everyone!

Great news everyone! She made it into Los Angeles safely! Here's an actual picture of her. She was accidentally advertised, but she's definitely ours. I'll pick her up around 10am PST tomorrow. More pics to follow!

And a special thank you to Lawrence and Scott for getting us this great deal and for making this happen!

She's beautiful! I think Fabio is going to love her :)

This is a great thing you guys are doing. I can't wait to see how it goes!

She is gorgeous! Thanks for the pic, Wayne! And for everything else you've done to put this together... I hope you get the angels you want!
