This might be something of interest.... I recenlty bought a AquaeuroUSA Classic 55 skimmer, and after about 3 weeks the pump died. so for 10 bucks and 2 weeks of waiting I will get a new pump. In the meentine, I took one of my maxijet 900, some enkamat and tied it to a maxijet 900 prop. modified the inlet with a hose barb for a venturi and modified the output with some larger hose to connect to the skimmer. Two problems, 1) my venturi stinks lol... though with a small air pump I had laying around its awsome. 2) there are alot of air leaks that I have to fix to get rid of all the microbubbles... but here is a short vid. Check it out.

it will do till the new pump arrives. Though a maxijet 400 would probably be a better fit.
