Mine came USPS priority mail. No tracking that I'm aware of.

Lol..i just got it from the mail. Now what color is the mj 1200 prop. I got so many different mj pumps i can't tell what prop goes with each pump.

I used the one with the white impeller...i hope that is the right one.

The white prop is the Dumas 3004 (2000+ gph), only a MJ1200 can spin that one reliably. The smaller brown prop is the Octura 1435 (1500+ gph)

This is the one i used, is it the correct one for the high-flow kit or does it even matter what magnet you use.

MJ impellers are like this:

MJ1200 - white impeller blades, the impeller head just snap on
MJ900 - same as above but with blacke impeller blades.

MJ600 - black impeller blades, the magnet is completely different in that it has a pot for the impeller head to drop in instead.
MJ400 - same as above but with green impeller blades.


You can swap MJ900 and MJ1200 just fine, it's the motor that is important as the MJ1200 motor is much stronger.

The MJ400 and MJ600 pumps can't really be used with the GS2 kits unless you used a MJ900 or MJ1200 magnets instead.

I have had mine on a RF wavemaker for around 2 months and have had no problems. I have them on mj900's.

Well I'm not sure about the EcoMod since I've never used one before but the Sureflow and GS2 kits have shrouds that have the vortex shield built in.

Regardless though, at some point, no shield is going to stop the air from being sucked in if your pumps are place too high up/too near the surface.

The ecomods don't have that....

If you are using the high-flow GSII, you are not going to be able to place that near the surface just because strong suction it has.

How high up does it need to be? My GS2 highflow kit is placed with the shroud about 3 inches down from the surface, I can't imagine needing to place it any higher up.
